We currently offer a Workshop Leader's Guide version of our Reservations SAILS Training program. This includes a copy of the PowerPoint version of our SAILS program which can easily be customized and adapted by your in-house trainer. It follows a traditional Leader's Guide approach, having the suggested discussion points, questions, and recommended activities for your qualified in-house trainer or experienced manager to present their own version of our SAILS program.
