Private Hotel Training Webinars
KTN offers an engaging and effective option for remote-based training with our private webinars. All of our reservations sales and hospitality/guest services training programs can be presented via a three-part series of 90-minute webinars, presented directly and privately for your hotel's team typically over a period of three weeks.
For individual hotels and lodging companies, your team would attend in a meeting room or office with Internet access and a conference speakerphone. For hotel and lodging companies where participants are attending in different locations, a dial-in conference line is provided and participants can access the online presentation at any computer.
Colleen Tuttle, our Director of Training and Webinars, then uses online meeting tools (such as GoToMeeting) to take your team through the same content as our on-site workshops. Colleen uses a very engaging approach to encourage and foster participation. Many of the same activities and exercises from our on-site workshops are assigned as "homework" between webinars.
The investment for the three-part webinar series is $975 total for up to 15 participants. Other per-person pricing models are available from KTN for hotel and lodging companies with more than 15 participants.
