Having started his career during college as a bellman with Marriott’s 125th property in the original chain, working through the Marriott management training in the mid 1980’s, and then later working as a front office and reservations manager for independent hotels in New York City and Miami prior to his career as a trainer, his conference presentations are spiced up with fun stories of personal experiences which are still relevant today.
